- When will my order be delivered? TTPOST orders are usually delivered in 1-3 business days Tracking for TTPOST packages can be obtained by calling 800-TRAK. Courier delivery /COD is scheduled for 1-5 business days after your order is placed. Please check your email to see when your order will be delivered.
- Can my package be redirected to a different address? Once shipped, TTPOST orders cannot be redirected. Courier/COD orders can be redirected up to 2 hours before delivery. Please note, a change of destination may delay delivery.
- What if I didn't get an order confirmation email? If you haven't received a confirmation email, be sure to check your spam folder. Reach out to us at theglamboxtt@gmail.com if you haven't received confirmation within 24hrs of placing your order.
