Policies

• Exchanges and refunds are facilitated within seven days of purchase, once accompanied by proof of purchase
• All refunds and exchanges are at the sole discretion of The Glam Box 
• No refunds or exchanges on liquids or creams
• Orders for TTPOST delivery will be held for a maximum of three days. If payment is not made within these three days, the order will be cancelled. 

Cancellations

• Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once shipped. 
• Requests for order cancellation must be submitted to theglamboxtt@gmail.com
• Reimbursements for cancelled orders will be processed within 3-5 business days.
